In 2018, two of the most trusted real estate technology companies, Proxio and TourFactory, came together to form Collabra Technology. The enterprise software company provides marketing and sales platforms to deliver data worldwide.
As the year 2020 draws to a close, let’s examine the past few years of Collabra Technology, as well as what lies ahead.
Collabra Technology Achievements
Douglas Elliman and Knight Frank Residential partnered with Collabra Technology in late 2018. Together, they developed a powerful tool for organizing new development information globally called FOLIO.
FOLIO allows Douglas Elliman and Knight Frank Residential global sales agents and their clients to access real-time details about each new development, worth an estimated $87 billion at the time of launch.
Translating sales and marketing content into seven languages, FOLIO keeps desktop and mobile users up-to-date on over 150 new projects. This includes information on unit availability, pricing, photos, contact information, and more.
Additional projects will be added as they are announced.
AREAA GLOBAL EXCHANGE:
In another late 2018 release, AREAA Global released the AREAA Global EXCHANGE. The AAREA Global Exchange platform was created by Collabra Technology and enables developers to present and promote their projects.
The program allows you to create your own collection of properties and promote them through a custom-built website. Additionally, you can earn referral payments or commissions through the system.
This platform also allows you to automatically create your web pages and marketing flyers in six languages, with the realtor’s contact information displayed.
FLASHCARDS PROPERTY VIDEOS:
FlashCards automatically turn listing pictures into stunning, looping videos that are optimized for social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and more. TourFactory customizes each video with the details of each property, list price, agent photo, and contact information.
Since the product’s launch, more than 10,000 FlashCards have already been provided to real estate agents globally. Additionally, with our broker package option, 7,171 agents across the country are provided with FlashCards as an upgrade to their TourFactory office technology, with videos available as soon as the listing has been activated.
After the initial launch of the “Classic” FlashCards™, Collabra is happy to announce the release of three additional FlashCard™ styles. We now have a “Just Listed”, “Sold”, and “Virtual Open House” option for FlashCards™.
In late 2020, Collabra partnered with MLS associations across the country to offer an even more streamlined version of listing videos – FlashCards NOW!
Agents who qualify for FlashCards NOW! will receive an email offer to purchase a completed FlashCards listing video for new listings. We are excited to talk more about this innovation in automated real estate marketing – in 2021.
Collabra Technology Developments
After the merger, Collabra Technology has focused on uniting our brands and introducing new ways for them to work together in the real estate industry. We have been studying our products and performing the Prepare-Present-Promote marketing cycle.
To start, the TourFactory network offers high-resolution photography, videography, and other media services to Prepare your listing for a successful marketing campaign.
You can then Present your listing with two digital marketing products offered by TourFactory, which created the field of virtual home tour technology.
First, there is the PowerHouse™ Package. This service includes a premium property website, digital flyers, postcards, a mobile-friendly virtual tour, a dynamic Seller’s Report, and much more. The PowerHouse Packages are crafted through TourFactory’s webpage via your listing data and personalized for you.
Second, there are FlashCards™ social media videos. With one click, FlashCards turn your property photos into videos that increase your visibility. Posting your FlashCards™ social media video can result in up to 12 times more views. They also help Promote your listing, build your brand, and encourage more engagement on social media.
