Collabra Technology, Inc. licenses a proprietary enterprise collaboration platform that enables businesses to harness the power of their sales teams to amplify marketing to clients on a global scale. Collabra Technology was established in 2018 when two powerful real estate technology companies, Proxio and TourFactory, merged together. They continue to service the existing Proxio and TourFactory brands, while also creating Collabra Media Group, a collective of real estate media professionals. Since its creation, Collabra Technology has developed several groundbreaking platforms and look forward to further innovations in the future.

Russ has spent nearly his entire career in and around the real estate industry, first as an attorney and then in a variety of executive leadership roles. These include president of eXp World Holdings, the parent to eXp Realty, head of industry at realtor.com, CEO of a state Realtor association, general counsel for a large regional brokerage company and president of a regional title insurance company. These varied experiences give Russ a deep knowledge about the real estate industry, how it works and the people who influence it.

Russ has degrees in business and law from the University of Washington and lives in Seattle with his wife, Patti.

Peter Spicer

Chief Technology Officer

Peter has deep knowledge about and experience with the design and management of digital
information services. Recognized as one of the top Multiple Listing Service (MLS) technologists
in the United States, Peter architected and built a state-of-the-art MLS system for the San
Francisco Bay Area, the 4th largest in the U.S. Peter participated in crafting the Real Estate
Transaction Standard (RETS) for the U.S. real estate industry, and was the chief architect of a
complex data-sharing schema for Bay Area MLS’s.

Prior to co-founding Proxio in 2007, Peter managed mission-critical software development for more than 20 years at Silicon Valley technology companies, including Prometrix, Tencor
Instruments, and CaseCentral. Peter holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and a
master’s degree in computer engineering.
