Janet Case, CEO

Case is a recognized expert on internationalizing sales practices and building professional referral networks. She co founded Proxio in 2007; was CEO of two of the largest Associations of Realtors® in the U.S. – simultaneously – providing services to over 7500 agents in hundreds of Brokerages; and also ran an online real estate forms company and participated in the governance of Silicon Valley’s MLS.

Her previous senior management roles were at Fortune 500 companies Varian Associates and Tencor Instruments, where her responsibilities included international marketing for Europe, Asia and North and South America, and launching new products worldwide. Case holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Maine and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

He architected and built a state-of-the-art MLS system for the San Francisco Bay Area, the 4th largest in the U.S., using his deep knowledge and experience with design and management of digital information services.

In addition, Spicer participated in crafting the Real Estate Transaction Standard (RETS) for the U.S. real estate industry and was the chief architect of a complex data-sharing schema for Bay Area MLSs. Before co-founding Proxio in 2007, he managed mission-critical software development for more than 20 years at Silicon Valley technology companies, including Prometrix, Tencor Instruments, and CaseCentral. Peter holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and a master’s degree in computer engineering.

James Rouse, CFO

Rouse is an experienced media CFO with a strong track record of accomplishments in accelerating sales, streamlining operations, and implementing efficiencies that optimize productivity, margins and profit. Before joining Collabra to lead the finance team, Rouse led a Kaiser Permanente ERP conversion; served as division CFO for $1.1B Cumulus Media for 6 years, working on a web media platform and a luxury magazine turnaround; and owned and operated a Coldstone Creamery franchise for 5 years. James started his finance career as a finance controller at the global financial advisory firm Deloitte & Touche. Rouse holds a BA in accounting and economics.

As Chief Operating Officer, Haney applies more than 20 years’ experience in technology, sales, and real estate industry knowledge to Collabra’s daily operations and logistics. Haney joined Tour Factory in its technical infancy as employee #5 after four years in the Army Medical Corps and a tour in Afghanistan. He has been central to the company’s success, having at various times managed technology, data operations, customer service, and sales. Haney created the company’s SMB sales division and worked with hundreds of brokers to grow and establish that market segment; his continued devotion to the company and products is the main reason TourFactory is the number-one recognized provider of virtual tours. Haney also serves as General Manager for the Collabra Media Group, the company’s national channel of media producers.
