Janet Case, CEO

Case is a recognized expert on internationalizing sales practices and building professional referral networks. She co founded Proxio in 2007; was CEO of two of the largest Associations of Realtors® in the U.S. – simultaneously – providing services to over 7500 agents in hundreds of Brokerages; and also ran an online real estate forms company and participated in the governance of Silicon Valley’s MLS.

Her previous senior management roles were at Fortune 500 companies Varian Associates and Tencor Instruments, where her responsibilities included international marketing for Europe, Asia and North and South America, and launching new products worldwide. Case holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Maine and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

He architected and built a state-of-the-art MLS system for the San Francisco Bay Area, the 4th largest in the U.S., using his deep knowledge and experience with design and management of digital information services.

In addition, Spicer participated in crafting the Real Estate Transaction Standard (RETS) for the U.S. real estate industry and was the chief architect of a complex data-sharing schema for Bay Area MLSs. Before co-founding Proxio in 2007, he managed mission-critical software development for more than 20 years at Silicon Valley technology companies, including Prometrix, Tencor Instruments, and CaseCentral. Peter holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and a master’s degree in computer engineering.

As president and co founder of TourFactory, she developed a nationwide network of self-employed visual media specialists and a technology platform that marketed nearly 250,000 listings in 2017.

Sperling’s passion for entrepreneurship continues today: Anne is the author of the book, Rise of the Elite Listing Agent, and regularly supports her fellow entrepreneurs through business coaching and consulting. Before co founding TourFactory, Anne was an agent and managing broker with one of the country’s most respected brokerages. Today, she’s recognized as an industry expert who regularly plays an active role in events such as Inman’s Disconnect in the Desert.

A former Director of Product Management for Zillow Group, Sisson has worked closely with a long list of tech partners including Boeing’s Digital Aviation division, Microsoft’s Finance Group and Expedia’s Call Center Technology Group. Prior to holding various management roles with Zillow Group, Sisson was an IT Business and Consulting Manager with Logic 20/20, an E-commerce Manager with a national franchise and a Program Manager, IT Consultant and Web Developer with MG9 Design.

Sisson drives next-generation innovation and product development for Collabra as a strategic and creative product leader with expertise in market segmentation strategy, CRM and CMS system integration, B2B platforms and agile project management methodologies.
